Century Construction Group provides construction and renovation services including but not limited to:

• Design and build services
• Project management and consultation
• Maintenance and repair services

All services are subject to availability and our current service areas.

3. Estimates and Contracts

All estimates provided are preliminary and subject to change based on:

• Site conditions discovered during construction
• Changes in material costs or availability
• Modifications requested by the client
• Unforeseen circumstances or complications

Final pricing and project details will be outlined in a signed contract before work begins.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual contracts and may include:

• Initial deposit upon contract signing
• Progress payments based on project milestones
• Final payment upon project completion
• Late payment fees for overdue accounts

All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to suspend work for non-payment according to contract terms.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

We provide warranties on our workmanship as specified in individual contracts. Material warranties are provided by manufacturers. Our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse or neglect
• Acts of nature or force majeure events
• Modifications made by others

6. Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the contract value of services provided. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits or business interruption
• Delays caused by weather, permit issues, or material availability
• Pre-existing conditions not disclosed or discoverable

7. Insurance and Licensing

Century Construction Group maintains appropriate insurance coverage including:

• General liability insurance
• Workers' compensation insurance
• Professional liability coverage

We are licensed and insured in accordance with state and local requirements.

8. Change Orders

Any changes to the original scope of work must be documented in writing through a change order process. Additional costs or time extensions will be agreed upon before work proceeds.

9. Permits and Compliance

We will obtain necessary permits as specified in contracts. Clients are responsible for providing accurate property information and ensuring compliance with HOA or local restrictions not related to building codes.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in individual contracts. Termination fees and final payment terms will be outlined in the contract.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through:

• Direct negotiation between parties
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Binding arbitration as a final resort

All disputes will be governed by Georgia state law.

12. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and documentation created by Century Construction Group remain our intellectual property unless specifically transferred in writing. Clients receive a license to use such materials for the intended project.

13. Privacy and Confidentiality

14. Modifications to Terms
